Guerri is an ordinary millennial technology student walking home from a shift at his local Melbourne bar when he gets caught up in the police chase of a gorilla that escaped from the genetic experiment. He intervenes due to connecting with the gorilla and finds himself shot and critically injured. The gorilla is shot dead.
